A proposed agent action evaluated by AgentArmor.checkAction.

args?: Record<string, unknown>

Tool arguments. The gate inspects url/host (host constraint), path (path constraint), and mode/write/readOnly (mode constraint).

tool: string

The tool / operation the agent proposes to run.
